You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Fees for our services are as described on our website at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided for existing subscribers.
Upon full payment for services, you will own the rights to the final produced podcast episodes. However, we may retain samples for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
